Slight heavy chest
I feel slightly heavy left chest since 6 months...I consulted Dr. And had ecg but Dr. Said Everything is normal and suggested to quit smoking... But still I feel left chest slightly heavy and I don't know if I have to say It slightly heavy or it is feeling something

Hello there..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals..... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
