LOW SALT DIET. NO PICKLES, NO NAMKEENS, NO PAPAD.
BRICK WALK FOR FORTY MINUTES FIVE DAYS IN A WEEK.
IF BY DIET N EXERCISE B.P IS CONTROLLED NO MEDICINE IS REQUIRED.
CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D. AS CONTINUOUSLY B.P SHOULD BE MONITORED IF MEDICINE IS REQUIRED.
