For blood preasure taking allopathic medican using mask for sleep apina and for  piles taking homopathy all is under control but a few days back facacing a slight constant pain over my left testies.

Pain aove right testis need to be checked its infection or any injury.or any swelling. Consult ur homoeo doctor in homoeo we have good medicens to reduce testis pain
