Slight redness left side cheek.
- Since 3-months, slight redness left side cheek. - Hasn't grown. It has receded in between almost and comes back to original redness after few days. - Visited dentists and oral medicine - different opinions. Friction, vitamin deficiency, teeth rubbing, broken capillaries, thick cheek. - Seems like sometimes teeth grind. - Dentists say it's ok even if it stays that way. Are there anything else I need to think of ?

May be it’s due to misaligned teeth. This may even cause it to become a chronic problem. Your dentist might prescribe a mouth guard or possibly even braces to correct the alignment.
Health Tips
A better, all natural option that has gained popularity recently is peppermint oil which in addition to having antibacterial properties, has also been shown to relieve pain.
