Slight tic tic sound in shoulder & elbow
When i tried to rotate my hand in 180 degree i get a tic tic sound & feel some bone movement in left shoulder. & also i had injury in my left elbow few years back. now when i lie down on abdomen with support of my elbow i feel some you know kind of "chitiya ana" in hindi.. what would be the possible reason & cure.

Tic tic sound is generally normal. Needs clinical assessment
