Slightly feel breathlessness Since 45 D
Stayed home last 45 days. Feeling slightly breathlessness and also some times feel little like gas voice in chest and ear while pressing. Used Sampraz 40 but not found good response. Only have 20% breathlessness issue. Also feeling fatique(Kamzori). Pls advice me what to be done. Having Fatti Lever.

Do some exercise Drink plenty of water Eat healthy,  low fat and carb diet May add a multivitamin capsule and an antacid syrup

Hi.. I understand your problems.. Your symptoms are likely due to your underlying GI problems and staying inactive for past 45 days.. Avoiding spicy food and staying active inside house may relive your symptoms..

It’s obvious these pandemic problems. And as you stated just 20 % breathlessness, is due to your digestive system problems you . And which is very much common due to lockdown.
Next Steps
Cut down dietary restrictions .stay home stay healthy. Avoid oily spicy bakery foods.have a good sleep.

You probably have aerophagy ie you are swallowing air and maybe you also have acid reflux causing you the trouble
