As u are having chest pain, first go for an ECG test.     Chest pain associated with radiation, numbness of pain to the left arm, jaws and sweating can be related to a heart condition.     But if the heart disease is associated with diabetes, then the chest pain may not manifest with other numbness.    If the chest pain is located in the central just below the sternum (epigastric area), this can be related to gastritis.        The lymphocyte and esr counts are out of the normal limits which suggests of any existing infection in the body.     The infection can be a chest infection if chest pain associated with fever, cough, running nose. The blood pressure levels are not significantly high as u r on antihypertensive drugs. As high uric acid levels (gout) with chest pain, assess the kidney function tests
Next Steps
The primary assesment is to get the ECG done and consult with a physician for any signicant changes.   Get the fasting blood gucose (FBS) values to assess the diabetic profile.   Get the Renal Function tests done as having high uric acid levels.
