Slightly prolactin levels
I have high prolactin levels (76.5 ng/ml) and Bartholin cyst. Does high level of prolactin responsible for Bartholin cyst? I don't have any other irregularities. Also, when I was tested I was highly stressed out, had been working out and hadn't slept properly. My TSH is 2.9. Should I get the MRI done? Should I start medicine to lower prolactin levels? Could it just be because of stress? Does it have any association with Bartholin cyst?

There is no association between Bartholin’s cyst and prolactin levels. High prolactin can happen due to various reasons, stress is one among them. Repeat your serum prolactin as fasting pooled sample test. If it is high still then you might require both MRI pituitary and treatment to lower levels of prolactin.
