Slip disc at level l4l5s1 with sciatica
I injured while lifting a heavy water pump, I felt a sudden jerk in lumber spine last year. In mri disc bulge came at l4l5 level. I take 50 plus physiotherapy session from three different physio., But didn't get aspected result.Pain is going worsen everyday. I have suggested back surgery by dr. Sanjay swaroop Artemis hospital gurgaon and dr sudheer tyagi neurosurgeon Apollo hospital Delhi. Please suggest me a right way . Thanks in advance.

It depends upon the portion of bulging, if bulging is more, physiotherapy affects less. A good therapist can manually press the bulge and can make it normal if it's small bulge.
Next Steps
It's all ready been a year so meet Orthopedic doctor first and get a MRI done again for the current status.
