Slip disc L5S1
I have attached my MRI report. Please see is it serious? Do i need surgery i do not feel pain only very low sometime. Slip disc pain happen a month ago

The need is to treat your symptoms and not the MRI. Will you want a surgery for your such pain? Such finding on MRI will be there in almost 70-80% of population of your age. But all of them are not suffering.

Surgery is not needed if you have only mild symptoms . It can be managed with exercises , physiotherapy ,posture care and medicines .

Management does not depend on MRI only but more on your symptoms,  do teleconsultation with me for detailed assessment and further management
