You haven't really provided the most important part of your complaints.
How long have you had pain and what all medicines you have taken. Considering the fact that your mri is normal, i don't expect you to have a pain going to your legs however a traumatic event like yours can cause long term disability.
Information i need:
1. Duration of pain
2. Medicines you have taken uptil now and which medicine for how long?
3. Have you been gymming despite pain?
4. Do you habitually pick things from the ground by bending forwards?
