Slipped disk
I am attaching the report of MRI scan of her lower back. Doctor has prescriped her to take bed rest for 2-3 weeks. Please suggest some physical exercise so that it can be cured soon.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Manual therapist like me can push the bulged/prolapsed disc, back to it's normal place Drugs give only temporary relief

Use icing on Back. Along with this start back extension exercises and lie on Back with leg bend at 90-90 position resting on stool. Progressively start core strengthening exercises. Also meet the manual Physiotherapist for this problem also.

dear sir , you can do certain basic exercises to enhance the recovery and to reduce the disc bulge. - Try icing back for 20 min intervals a few times a day. - Lie on resting your leg on the chair for 20-30 min per day - ( 90-90 position) EXERCISES: 1. prone lying - For 10 min per 2 hours 2. Sphinx position - 10 - 12 repititions 3. Cobra position - 10 - 12 repititions 4. standing back extension - 10 repititions Perform all these exercises slowly. - Progress to next stage once the person does'nt feel pain on the exercises.
Next Steps
Consult a physio if it does cause any improvement

Proper assessment and treatment is needed. Consult a physiotherapist. Try to make her lie down on her stomach side with a pillow underneath the stomach.
