At the age of 30 years , with no report of stricture, a poor flow is suggestive of Bladder outlet obstruction due to voiding dysfunction which is most likely neurological in nature. Alfoo relaxes your bladder neck and improves flow but it also can lead to retrograde ejaculation. Erectile dysfunction has to be evaluated seperately. You are already under consultation and you must have been told that there is no rapid solution to neurogenic voiding problem or erectile dysfunction.
Next Steps
continue alfoo for now. inform your practitioner about erectile dysfunction problem in your next visit.
