13 month old seems to be doesn't have much concentration or eye contact, doesn't respond to name, less smile use parent hand as tool for doing something. However he plays well, eats well, sleep well, loves to play peek a boo, loves tingling, Rome around house to search mother,
showed to child specialist he said he is too small for any diagnose. Will he show any improvement before 18 months if not then why cannot we start any required treatment soon why to wait till 18 months?

Few kids are late learner’s and not all have autism.
Avoid googling and consult someone for same.
