Hi,
I have Small black acneon my both upper eyelid since 2 years,I have attach the image to refer . Could you please suggest me any remedy to overcome this.

If these swellings are pus filled and have appeared recently - you can apply Zaha eye ointment on both the eyelids (on the swellings).
Kindly elaborate the history if the swellings have been there for a longer time.
