Small boils under arms
My child 3 yrs old, has small size pimple types under arms which are not reddish. Its doesn't itch him and it's under upper arms only.. attached are the pics. What could be the reason and any medicine for that?
He eats normally, sleeps normally. This has been for quite some time. Sometimes the count is many, sometimes it subsides.
