Small bump on lower lip
A bump or blister on my lower lip photo is attached, In October 2016 having same problem but its cure after treatment on that time dr. Says its a cyst. Now its cames again. My question is it may cyst or samthing else, can its harmfull and how it may it cure. Please give me a suggestion for better treatment.

Yes.. Looks like cyst. It happens because of trauma to the lip during chewing. The duct of minor salivary gland gets obstruction due to injury resulting in accumulated salivary secrets in the lesion.. Termed as cyst.
Next Steps
A complete surgical removal. Though it's minor surgery.
