I am 38 years old house wife, I have a 7 years girl child, when I feel pain in my lower abdormen, I done a usg, it shows a small cervical S.O.L ( Fibroid ). Size is 1.6×1.4cm is it dangerous, what should I do now, . please help me. What is the treatment of this problem.

Fibroid is small, its growth has to be monitored every 3 to 6 months. If its growing, then it has to be operated otherwise not required.
Pain in lower abdomen could be caused by urine infection, ovulation pain, mild discomfort just before periods, constipation, muscle spasm, others.
