Small cracks on penis outer skin. S
Once in few months I have been experiencing small cracks on my penis skin. This makes difficult for erection and it pains if I try to indulge in sex. Need to understand why this happens? How can I avoid this?
I have been applying Nizral and Nadoxin cream but no progress. Pl let me know how this can be treated

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans. Only nizral will not help you. Don't use soap over that area and avoid sex or masturbation till treatment. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment.
