Height is usually determined by genetic predisposition but few measure can help you to gain extra inches. Please follow the instructions given below.
1. Sleep for at least eight hours every night, during sleep growth hormon is realised, growth hormon is important for gaining height.
2. Eat a protien and calcium rich diet.
3. Start jogging and yoga, do it at least four times in a week.
4. Alway keep a correct posture, that is while walkig or sitting your spine should be straight.
