Small, itchy and red wound
I fell down a week back. I had a small wound on my elbow. But it started to itch and then it started bleeding. After a day bleeding stopped and it started draining colourless liquid. And I sleep on a couch so every time a skin is formed, It gets scraped of due to the rough surface. The colourless discharge is still on the wound but does not overflow like it used to. And a few bumps have developed around the wound. By the way, the weather here has changed from summer to winter.

Hi Thanks for your query. Apply a mild antibiotic cream. Cover with a light dressing while sleeping.
