Small lump growing in size
Hi doctor, I have a small lump at centre of my back since childhood. It never grew nor was painful. Since a week or two i feel like it's growing in size and bit painful when touched. I don't have any other change/discomfort. Should i visit a doctor if yes which specialist.

As the swelling is present since childhood, it may not be something to worry about. Since it is increasing in size in last 1 week, there is a possibility of secondary infection. Needs to be examined first.
Next Steps
Meet a general surgeon,  let him examine the swelling first and then decide further.
Health Tips
Can take paracetamol tablets if pain is severe

A lump in the back can be benign like lipoma or malignant. When it's growing in size it's better to remove it and have a biopsy result to confirm the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Please visit a surgeon for excision biopsy
Health Tips
Biopsy is must after removal to decide further course of action
