  4. Small paining dot in nail. By laser?

Small paining dot in nail
My finger got hit by a door before a year and I got a blood clot in my nail. The old nail had fallen and I got new nail. Now I have a small black dot under my nail and it pains. I have acute pain on the dot when I hit my finger somewhere unknowingly. How should I treat this issue? Is that black dot removable by laser?
