Hello sir i am a medical student I have some hair patches on my root of hair they are causing pain from yesterday. What is the diagnosis and treatment for this. Why this happened what are the causes of this.

Tab. Cefadrox (500) mg: twice daily after food for 5 days Diprovate plus lotion apply on scalp twice daily for 2 weeks
