Small pimples and fever every night
It is happening since yesterday... Every night i am getting fever but after having calpol the fever goes but again relapses in night... And i jus noticed i am having small boils on my body

Most probably it is a chicken pox or varicella infection. This is the viral disease charecterised by red, itchy rashes with fever, headache and body ache.
Take rest and have plenty of fluid.
can take paraceta mol to reduce fever.
Next Steps
if not improving consult a physician to rule out tick born or louse born diseases.
