I have been noticing a small red bubble on tip of the penis n when I walk if it touches my underwear it causes uneasiness n bit pain,I'm currently out of state and can't find any doctors nearby could help me if any cream or ointment to use which could be available in medical stores

Hi Thanks for your query. You could be having some form of infection or reaction. Apply fucidic acid cream. Show a Dermatologist personally.
