Small small red color boil on entir body

Hi, Just wanted to know whom should i refer to..a dermatology doctor or a general physician..i have developed small small red boils on whole body. Around fingers these are small water filled boils. I am sure its an alergy due to some bacteria causing inflammation but not exactly sure who should i go to for treatment. Please help.
