My ultrasound scan report reveals calculus 6 * 3 mm in lower ureter. How can i get it removed, im experiencing pain from yesterday...

Take lot of fluids...take tablet ultracet if pain twice a day..tablet urimax0.4mg at bed time for 7days and tablet aquazide half tab twice a day......if after all this also, stone does not pass off or pain continues, then operative intervention is required.
