Small white patches on skin.. Near elbow
I have small white patches on hand, neck and groin area from last 1 year.. I got a medical checkup and doctor advised it is a pre vitiligo and he advised some medication and cream to apply on it. He said its because immune system is killing melanin, so he gave a medicine to lower immunity.

vitiligo can be controlled with tablets and creams are available which are supposed to be combined with phototherapy that is sunlight. unless we control the immune process which is destroying your melanocytes, the progress will not stop. please call me or send photos using online consult option of your current patches so that i can start treatment for you.
