Smallblister like wound on leg frim 1yr

Hi, I have got an injury in tea estate unknowingly last year August,injury bleeded for more than 4hrs and then stopped.after some days the injury started itching very badly. after some treatment it got cured somehow. Later a month same itching continued with small blisters in same place ,which I started scrating now my skin turned into dark colour in same place and itchy blister are continuing. Now I am nursing my 4months baby.please help me how to cure this monster wound.
