Smell and taste issue

Asked for Female, 55 Years

Smelling bad smell everywhere so cnt eat anything and bcz of bad smell started wometting.these happens from last 25 days .she have done all the tests including CT scan of stomoch chest face .but cnt find any perticular reason.please advice or help if possible.
