Any other associated health issue? Flossing to clean the spaces between teeth atleast once preferably at bed time besides doing brush will definitely help in well keeping of oral hygiene. Gargles with saline warm water every morning will also help in prevention of oral/throat problems. If you consume liquor or / and smoke, try to discontinue the same. Take a lemon atleast every day. Ensure that you have healthy bowel movements.
