Hello dr i was a chain smoker bt now i dont smoke since 4,5mth bt i smoke today due to stress light so what affect it will cause me???

Hello/ Smoking causes severe injury to your lungs, respiratory tract, stomach, esophagus. Any smoking cause harm, be it active or passive.
