Sneezing allergy anfld nasal discharge
I am having sneezing allergy past few.years and it varies place to place like while i am at home it doesn't happen but at college its chronic and i cannot concentrate due to continuous sneezing and nasal discharge .it happens mostly after waking up. i've been in medication both allopathy and homeopathy but nothing is working. please suggest some advice how to control it

Greetings, sorry about the sneezing episode. Your body has accumulated more fluid and it is now trying to expell them. On ayurveda terms your body is more of a kapha type, which should not be the case considering your situation.

check vitamin D3 level, if low take 4000 IU daily along with fish oil capsules. avoid dairy products including coffee, tea, yogurt, ice cream, sweets made out of dairy products and stop eating banana. alongside this eat 3-4 peppers, keep them in mouth just like having chocolate and gradually break them and eat it. do this as required in a day. drink only hot water from now on. no cold beverage please. avoid frequent head bath. get sun exposure as well. all these helps body to stop sneezing and help you recover. you can expect results in 4-5 days time in that your sneezing will come down gradually and in 1-3 months your problem will be solved.
