Sneezing, blocked nose , water from nose
I always have blocked nose , sneezes , and even chest allergy due to it . When I eat butter ,ghee I feel more congestion... When I use duanase I feel good . But when I stop using it I feel same issues again . What should I do . Thanks

You have allergic rhinitis.. Avoidance is the best option for you.. Identify the trigger factor and avoid that as much as possible.. Medication will help you to reduce your symptoms till now
