Sneezing for 4 months
I have bursts of sneezing (7-10 at a time) with a flowing nose. This has been going on since the onset of rainy season. Cetrizine stops sneezes but blocks the nose. Allegra M give temporary relief for one day. Next day again same starts. What needs to be done?

Need to be started on steroid nasal spray and antihistamines
Need AEC and nasal smear done to access allergic burden off present
