Sneezing with closed nose generally won't cause any problems. In rare occasions especially during infections it may push infections into the ear causing middle ear infection known as acute otitis media. Sometimes very forceful sneezing can rupture one of the bony walls of our eyeball causing swelling, but it's very rare
