Snoaring in the sleep
In my college life I was never snoring, but from the last one yeah I'm snoring Don't know why? How can I avoid that?

30% of human population snore so all those who snore won't have disease unless you having symptoms such as excessive day time sleepiness loss of concentration feeling sleepy wen you get up in morning even after good night sleep or you having upper airway symptoms like nose block etc.
