Can sleep test helps to identify what obstructs the airway?
If large is the reason then RFA procedure is safe option with minimal risk?

Sleep test or polysomnography is for diagnosis of 'obstructive sleep apnea'..
But to know the level of obstruction there are other investigations you need to undergo!!
If you meant that inferior turbinate hypertrophy treatment with RFA is safe?? Yes it is relatively safe...
