I am 22 years old and I snore a lot during sleep so I would like to know possible causes & treatment

There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps, loss of tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause is obesity. If you are obese try to reduce your weight which is the only treatment for snoring associated with obesity.
