Soar throat
I’ve had a sore throat for a while now it went away but came back not having any trouble swallowing but it irritating I drink cold water all the time and smoke a little like 4 cigarette a day

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is a common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Sometimes it may be just throat irritation rather than cough. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use strepsils like lozenges for symptomatic relief. You need to stop Smoking too
