Becosules are B complex vitamins which are good for general Physical health and integrity of oral tissues but contrary to common belief, they do not cure any ulcers that have already formed. And at the same time, not all oral ulcers are caused by gastric upset and taking laxatives for a long time can strain the muscles of your gut. You should consult an oral pathologist for these problems so that a proper clinical evaluation of the case can be done along with a detailed clinical history so that the right diagnosis can be established and the right treatment can be instituted accordingly.
