How to come out of social anxiety disorder . I'm 18 years old and I'm taking psychiatric medicine since 1 year. I also took 15 cognitive behavioral therapy sessions but it didn't help.How can I get rid of anxiety by my own . Please help

There is something definetly that is troubling you...core issue need to be addressed.. discuss it with a psychotherapist..

Do deep breathing exercises .step 1 when u inhale try blow up Ur abdomen ,step 2 hold the breath for few seconds till u can hold step 3 exhale slowly through mouth do this for 15 min three times a day on empty stomach we have to breath only 3 to 4 breath per min
