Social Anxiety is a condition in which a person fears evaluation in the social settings. It can be painful to go through it. Have you gotten diagnosed by a clinician?
Cognitive behavioral therapy or Acceptance and Commitment therapy would be good treatment strategies for Social anxiety. You need to meet a therapist who practices these therapies.
What you can do is to analyse your thoughts about judgement, why do these thoughts bother you, what could happen if you are evaluated, how do you behave when you are anxious? And try to change your thoughts.
