I am having social anxiety since childhood. It is so difficult for me to even read something loud in class. Hand tremors are there. My heart starts beating so fast. I want to overcome it. Please help. Do propanolol really help before presentation?

Hi.. social anxiety disorder can be treated with medications and CBT. Yes you can take propranolol before presentation, but it is not recommended for general treatment of social anxiety disorder ( meaning only propranolol is not gonna help).
