I have very low self-esteem and inferiority complex.i can't complete a sentence when I'm in a group of people of higher designation. I become so nervous when I have to make a call or to talk to a random person. I'm not able to lead my life this way coz of anxiety I'm not able to talk openly and I'm not at all expressive. I tend to avoid interaction, so I'm not able to make any good connections. I don't want solely depend on medications as it affected my health previously. I'm not able to eat or sleep properly n I have started losing weight. Please help!!
