I am suffering from generalised anexity disorder and I live at home all day without social life. How to deal with it??

Greetings! Generalised anxiety has a core feature of excessive worry which can increase in isolation. Research indicates that CBT has proven effective for the treatment of Generalised anxiety disorder. You may also need some medication for the same.

May be you are having social anxiety. It is better taken care by psychotherapy ( CBT). You better get in touch with a psychiatrist or psychologist and start your treatment. Best of luck
