Solian tablet usage along with Ayurvedic

Hi I am currently using Solian 100mg a atypical anti-psychotic tablet for stress related issues, i have consulted a Ayurvedic doctor he said to use Aswagandha and Braintab along with the Sloian. Can i use both the allopathic and ayurvedic tablets
