Weight 78 Kg, Height 5ft 8inches Male 36 years, M mode study : Both Posterior & Septal wall thickness (diast) - 1.2 cm, LV systolic internal dimension 2.3 cm, Mitral valve excursion 1.8 cm, EPSS 0.2 cm, ECG : Occassional VPC noted. Right Axis Deviation. Ultrasonography : Enlarged liver 15.3 cm with heterogeneous parenchymal echopattern, Porta hepatis 0.3 cm, LFT test: AST 60 IU/L, ALT 29 IU/L, Albumin: Globulin - 1.5 :1, Blood pressure : Left arm 119/78; Right arm 134/79. Complains : Snoring, Sleepiness, Indigestion, Fatigue, Central obesity, Palpitations. Weight 78 Kg, Height 5ft 8inches. I earnestly request you to kindly tell me what these data, although limited, may indicate ? What further tests are needed to be done ? Kindly guide.

It can be obstructive sleep apnea, check for thyroid also, send other reports.
