Some bump feeling while swallow saliva.
I have been getting some pointed modulation while swalllowing saliva in lower part of right side throat since 3 weeks. When I swallow saliva I can feel it. While having solid food or water I don't have any issue. And while burp Iam getting a pointed pain as well and sore throat. I have consulted doctor, first they given medicines for tonsils and then acid reflex but still it is there.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. Short-term anti reflux treatment is not usually sufficient
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
